“SEE YOU SOON?” - Mathieu

Producer/Songwriter, Mathieu AKA Matt Campos, Just released a new album that has us making some stanky faces. SEE YOU SOON? Is a melodic joy to listen to. His energetic reverbed vocals place you somewhere in between sunset and dusk. If this album was a metaphor it would be a late night city drive. Every track seems to blend perfectly into the next, collaged with live ambience and sound bites that add depth and character to the mood he creates. Every song is a hit in our books but standout tracks for us are N.Y.C INTERLUDE, which ends with silky vocals from an unnamed female artist; 5AM IN LA, homage to his hit track 4AM in cabo from his previous album; and, CARTAGENA with tuned spanish vocals and his signature Don Toliver sample outro is a bop to get you in that mood. He’s too good to be this unknown, with only 558 monthly listeners in London and 45k across the world, but after this release we can’t see it staying that way for much longer!
